As long as you are not asking to be rude, there's nothing wrong with asking.

Nothing is wrong with asking that question since she's your cousin. But you don't want to ask strangers this question. But... she also has the right to feel offended if you do ask her this. So its kind of like you have the right to ask, but she has the right to be angry. You know? Some people just don't like being asked about their dating history, no matter if its about race or age or who what when where, blah blah blah.

Are you asking a question or looking for validation?
I dunno.
Maybe no nice black guy has asked her out, and she'll say no and you'll be overly judgmental about it. Sounds like you don't want an answer to either question.. Just to judge and be angry.

i dont think it would be wrong of you to ask if you ask it in a sort of non judgemental way. I dont know about you, but my cousins are like half sibling/ half friends to me and even the ones i dont talk to a whole lot i still feel close to, if that makes sense

Why would it be wrong? It's just like asking Have you dated a tall guy, a younger guy, a guy with long hair?

Just ask in a very non-judgemental tone, just like you're curious. That way an argument won't start.
Perhaps its just that she's hard wired to be attracted to lighter men. It doesn't mean she's particularly avoiding a certain race. I am attracted to darker men. It's not like I am prejudiced against blondes. It's just what I like!

I'm confused,,,,,so she is black but dates white guys and acts "white.".......Am I following.......if so ....umm its not wrong to ask her if she dates black guys but it is ignorant to think even if she did she would change how she acts. People may change a little and be influenced alot by who they are with, however she is who she is and if she acts " white"......a thuggish black dude isn't going to change that and make her act totally different....Man we are at war, people are starving, this world has a major absence of God....and you worried if your cousin dates black guys???....must b nice!

If you're close to her, you can ask her. Look at it this way - if she were to ask you a similar question about your dating life, how would you feel?
