It might be The Father, The Son, and The Holy Fonz. My favorite episode is when Peter finds out that one of his ancestors is Black! Hilarious!

That's the episode where Peter starts his own religion following the Fonz(can i get an EHHHH!) They bash Madonna at the end, its Peter, Peters father, and Brian. The episode is called "The Father, the Son, and the Holy Fonz" I don't really have a favorite episode, i love family guy though.
