Well if its a professional office then you have an HR department go to them. Some times the best answer is just to walk away and forget them. Often times people say things because they want you to react. Also have you told the person they are being offensive?

if you're having issues with your fellow countrymen then be the better person and get over it rather than sink to their level perhaps? Rise above it. Professionally, back stabbing and gossiping can ruin people careers so dont be drawn into it and just move on with it.

Becoming violent is not a protected right anywhere I've heard of. In fact, you are not disturbed because of other people so much as disturbed within yourself.
If you understood yourself better, you'd be happier anywhere in the world than you can be now.

The country sucks? Sounds like you're the one with the problem. Did you ever think that it may be you that causes people to react to you in such a negative way? Therapy, my friend...you need it.
