It won't harm the computer. It might be slower for awhile getting to some websites but in no time at all, it's the same as before. You might want to delete your history and temp files at the same time. That seems to make the computer work faster.

Yes it could be harmful ,some cookies help your programmes to open faster getting to the sites you want smoothly. If you delete all cookies you might not get to your desired sites easily.

Not at all, but realize, if you have stored passwords on your computer, the cookies you delete will also delete the stored password. Be sure you remember what all of your passwords are before you do that. Otherwise, delete away!!

No it won't harm it. You may not be personally greeted by certain web pages you visit anymore though since they store your information as cookies on you computer and that's how they "remember me" when you go there.

No, it won't, and it's actually recommended to clean your cookies and temp internet files every now and then.
Just remember, you will have to sign-in again to sites that need your name and password, as they would "not remember" you, because you have deleted the cookies..

You can delete them ....
they save you time of filling out sign-in forms online...
but they do take up space on your PC ... it's your choice ..
You could also browse through them and delete specific ones... and keep the ones that sign you in @ the websites you visit the most.

Not at all. But you may have to "start all over again" filling out forms and carrying data forward from earlier sessions.
