They both will work for low pay but I can only hire one, don't have enough money to pay both.

This sounds like a baiting question. How can both be exactly equally qualified?

I think you should go with which either one you can get along with the best. Queer shouldn't play a part unless sex has something to do with the job.

I agree with Robert. As long as they are respectful to you and their other coworkers sexuality should not matter. Assign specific tasks and hire the one that does the job best. Unless the job itself pertains to sexuality homosexuality, or lackthereof should have no bearing on your decision.

I believe it is unethical to base a decision on someones sexual orientation....How would you even come across that information in a Job interview, and in what way is it relevant?...flip a coin or hire the one you can get for the cheapest amount of money.

Sexuality is not a requirement of the job; therefore, irrelevant.

I'd give them both a job-specific task.

See who completes it the best.

On a personal note, I disagree with the gay "lifestyle". However, my feelings are irrelevant of the job and should have no part in the decision.

If you go with gay, I am sure they would love to be your gay for free, just because your general audience is mostly gay and you love 'em.

its better you hire one... and its the straight gay friendly assistant. but of course you need to know who is better for you to deal. choose not only to the one who can satisfy your needs but as well as the one who can bright up your mood... and is easy to get along with.

Kathy Grifin,
That whole showbiz world is alien to me. That's why I asked my question.

If you want sex from an assistant, how are they not going to become attached?

Hmmmm, maybe I am not such a slutt! lol
