I am sure they can not. I am also sure they will take your money by pretending that they can.

i have a family friend who paid his college expenses by advertising that he was a psychic.. By the time he graduated he had so many would-be customers he had to hire an assistant to deal with it. And no he had no talent for it - just a desperate need for tuition money and a willingness to take advantage of people to get it.

I don't even need your sign!
There is someone close and/or important and/or related to you whose name contains an "e"
You will meet a stranger who will have a message for you.
Soon you will have a day of significance.
You will get angry at someone you love but you will forgive them.
You will lose/misplace your keys and/or wallet.
You will laugh at this post.

They claim to be able to do that.

It really needs more than just your star sign, often they need exact time/date of birth to be able to plot your astological charts.

Others (me included) say it's just bunkum invented to make humans feel less hopeless and helpless in the absence of soem sense of what life is really all bout. (similar to religion)
