A question concerning windows XP tool bar location?

My toolbar has suddenly appeared on top of my computer and I would much rather have it on the bottom! How do I change the location of toolbar to the bottom?

try left click, hold & drag...chirp

you cant you have a VIRUS!!!! reinstall windows and hope for the best.
