need to have a lot of triva info..... and its a just a matter of layout....

well are you a genius first ?
well if you are ,the easiest way around is to [1] first create the blocks and [2] fill them with words hard as they come then [3] create the clues for the words in the crossword. Note that your clues should be duducible and not very far fetched

i do not learn about a internet website, yet I do have some software which permits to make your individual crossword puzzles. i have had it a number of years, and don't understand no matter if it remains accessible. that's from galaxy of video games, & the call is WordConnect.
