Hills Have Eyes or Hostel. Both HORRIBLE excuses for horror movies, but there are parts you will definately have to stop watching. Hostel is more gorie of the two but Hills Have Eyes is more creepy I would say.
My aside: If you want to see a great horror movie that is also cringe-worthy see Dawn of the Dead by George Romero. It was made back in the 70s and is definately the best zombie movie out there.

Running Scared with Paul Walker. There was a couple of scenes that involved video tapes, perverts, and parents. It made me cringe. It was a good movie though.

Eyes Wide Shut.....That is 12 hours of my life that I will never get back. At least it felt like 12 hours, I kept waiting for something to happen, and waiting and waiting and waiting, it never did. I am still going to therapy every week to try to recover. I don't think I will. I am scarred for life.

Jurassic Park. It's very hard for me to witness blood, gore and guts and people being eaten...just writing this is making me cringe.

I'm gonna have to go with Sin City and Jackass. Both had some very graphic scenes that I had to watch with my hands covering my face.
