Jump off something really high and land the wrong way. That sure helped one of my cousins break his arm also might be good for a broken leg too. Another great method is refuse to pay loan sharks.

Why would you even want to. It's painful & distressing & it takes a long time to heal. Not to mention that the ache returns as you mature.

It only takes about eight pounds of pressure to break an elbow, but it can take the next eighty years to wish you'd never had it broken in the first place.

Jump off the second floor landing on one foot, I am sure you will break your ankle or have someone drive over your foot, there are plenty of ways be creative. As for your arm.. You know what why would you even want to??? I am just curious.

fall out of a tree and land wrong. hit it hard with a hammer. have someone do a fully extened kick to it or a twisting punch. Just why in the sam hell do you want to break your arm or your leg anyway?

Let's see........there's jumping out of a plane without a parachute, jumping infront of a moving truck, driving a motorcycle into a tree. That should get you started.
I just thought of another one. Try shoving a banana up a gorillas butt.

Just to raise the fact that the NHS is cash strapped enough, then we have idiots like you sucking out our resources.

Grow up and get a life.

Most people do it playing sports falling down steps accidentally, but if you want I can introduce you to BUB-BA. He can fix your problem for sure:-) Weak bones and joints, twist the wrong direction, osteoporosis...can be underlying causes for some:-)
