A few reasons...you take your pick...like:
1) Women allow it;
2) Married men lie;
3) Their wives are usually with the children;
4) Married men lie;
5) Married men usually have more time on their hands to cheat;
6) Oh, did I mention...married men LIE!!

I think it's easier for wives. My wife suspected me of cheating once, so she called my work and was able to verify that I was in fact at work all day without much trouble at all. But when I started to be suspicious of her, I called home in the middle of the day. She wasn't home. So when I got home and she had dinner ready for me, I asked where she'd been, and she told me she took our son to the park. Now, in reality, I didn't have any way to verify that. If she had been cheating on me (which now I'm convinced she wasn't, don't bother with how or why) there would be no way to verify that. And even if she had been home when I called, how would I know hat her boyfriend wasn't there also? But she can quite easily verify my whereabouts for all except two fifteen minute breaks and an hour lunch with out anything more than a phone call.

Don't know, why is it soooooooooo easy for married women with many children to cheat?
I think the soluution for both men and women is, thinkbefore you get in bad and have kids and marry. Many people marry people for the wrongs reasons and then later to divocre or cheat instead of being responsible in the first place.

I may be an idiot for believing it, but I don't think my husband ever cheated on me...however, if he had wanted to it would have been so easy for him and he would never have gotten caught. He never came home at any regular time, and since I knew it was the nature of his business after having worked for him for so long, I never thought a thing of it. I never questioned him or even thought of it. He had jobs out of town and ones that had to be done at night when power could be shut down...you get it. It's easy because they are the ones out most of the time and we are the ones at home, it was never that easy for me to be out late or be gone over night, in fact I don't think I ever did go anywhere over night when I was married. It's just technically easier for men than it is for women, they aren't so grounded to home.

First of all, you can't generalize. Not all men do this, It's because some never GREW UP and became a responsible person. I'm a husband & dad and I don't have the time to have much of a life outside the family and home, right now my life is getting then through school and raising then right. If you have a son/sons, raise them to be responsible men

Most men know that women ( their wives) are gonna be to busy on the children and work and the house to notice what is going wrong.
so they find the right time that could get them busy or after work and say .."honey i got a sheft at work" and give a kiss.
i think thats how.
bye

The wife is with the kids and the man is just out living the sinlge life. They stay and shape up because the reality of "child/spousal support" kick in.

let me tell you a story...i wnet out with a guy for 2 months...after 2 months he told me he was married....when i asked him wha tthe hell was wrong with him, why did he do that to her and me...he told me that she spends too much time with the kids and not enough with him, he wants sometihng new...of course the moment he told me he was married, i left his *** and told his wife!!! what i'm trying to say is they will come up with ANY readon to cheat just to satisfy themselves. like if you wanted something new why marry? isnt marriage suppose to be for life? and the kids, both of you wanted them and now you're complaining?? wanna know the sad thing, she took him back cause she loves him...obviously he didnt love her enough to not cheat on her...any man who cheats on me, i leave...simple as that, three is no excuse

not every man is a cheater, but the ones who are lack self confidence and self control.
it cannot be an easy decision for them to make, though

Because they are lowly cowardly little boys that want it all no matter who they hurt. I have no respect for boys like that. One of my best friends one night told me he was cheating on his wife I told him what i thought about him and haven't spoken to him since.
I don't need friends like that.
