Chad is a little pompous, but an athlete of his talent needs to be. Not many great athletes are humble, look at Muhammad Ali, you have to believe you are the best to actually be the best. He is a little goofy though, I mean look at his haircut!!

I think he is a great athlete and I think to become a great athlete you have to be a little arrogant. Some take things to far like TO but I think Chad knows the limits and if he doesn't Marvin Lewis will tell him.

a little of both, but more pompous than goof ball. that pop he took against Cleveland was great. cut him down a few notches didn't it?

He's a great athlete that wants to draw some attention to himself. Just look at his new mohawk. Though it is goofy, it does generate some interest. Whenever he scores a touchdown you wonder what celebration dance he is going to do.
