they help you excrete stuck food from your gut. Psyllium is more gentle and works better.
They are good in a bath tub to relax.

They can help in bringing down inflamation, they realx your body, you can drink it in water to help with constipation. It's good for athletes. Go to Rite Aid and read the box....it shows good uses. I use it for swollen ankles from basketball...
