I am from MN and it is always cold in my neck of the woods. I can't say for sure what the weather is like in PA, but I do know that he won't be in the 80's. I would personally pack jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and a warmer jacket. You are going at an unpredictable time of year, snow, rain, and cold weather are all possible. Check out this website, it tells you all you need to know.

It will probably be cold for you. (It does not go to -50F! That is Arctic weather!)

You will be starting your visit in the fall, when the temp is starting to cool. I live not too far from Pennsylvania, so our temps are close to the same. You should expect to take long sleeve tops and some sweaters and pants. (I don't think you will be wearing any shorts unless you plan on traveling to Florida) In October, the days can sometimes be quite warm (60 F is warm for someone in the northern half of the USA) but once the sun goes down it can get cold quickly.

By the end of your stay, you will probably have experienced some snowfall. You can purchase a warm winter coat when you arrive!

Welcome, and I hope you enjoy your stay in our country!

It is not below 0 now. It may be in December. Light jacket to heavy jacket. Sweaters. Long pants. Maybe a pair of shorts for the Indian Summer.

Try to take in a Penguins hockey game while you are there.
