I am not really a religious person but.. I guess I could say yes to that. Miscarriages usually happen when there is something wrong with the fetus. It is a hard thing for a woman to go through, not to be taken lightly.

I think miscarriages are natures way of the body not being able to carry a child to term. I don't know if God is pro choice but i do believe he values every life - even those that have so many complications that they cannot survive on their own. I don't believe God aborts babies - if he did I'm sure there would be a whole lot less criminals in the world. I really just think that particular egg and or sperm had major defects and caused the death of the fetus.

No, we cannot blame God for them. No one has a perfect body and a lot of times the body refuses to carry the fetus. There also is a problem when there is a sperm that just isn't right . Also when someone has an alcohol problem, drug problem, it will affect the fetus, so will smoking! Just because something doesn't turn out right , don't blame God.

miscarriages occur for many different reasons, but interestingly enough when a women has a miscarriage it is listed on her kedical records as a spontaneous abortion. I fought hard to change that in my medical record to no avail.
If I believed in god than I would say yes, but i don;t believe in him. I think that miscarriages are a horrible thing, that happen to people, and as someone said up there most miscarriages are on the fault of a women. Mothers who miscarry have so much guilt on them already, that they do not need it piled on by some insensitive piece of crap who really has no idea what she is talking about.

Yes, miscarriages fall under the category of abortions.
Conservatives would have law enforcement investigate all suspicious miscarriages as possible abortions.
Remember Exodus, when God killed the innocent children of Egypt, and let the evil Pharaoh Rames live.

God has given us the choice of taking care of ourselves while having the baby in our bellies. It's only human nature to blame Him or others for their own mistakes. I have a number of women drinking and doing all kinds of things to let the miscarriage take place. God didn't ask them to drink, did He?
