If you can actually see the pictures in the email message, right click them and click Save As...
If they are attached, just save the attachment.

Save the pictures in Save As then click on Compact disc or whtever your cd drive is a click save.

Save the pics onto your hard drive (C or D drive) first. Right click and select "save image as".

Click the "Save Attachment" link, save the pix in a separate folder, then use your burning software to load that separate folder as your "to burn" file list.
