i cannot get to download any script they always say i have to download java or windo media player or flash player and so on and i do not have permission to do that can u help me please

Seriously, make friends with your sys admin and maybe he'll install Flash/Java for you. ;)

Try Downloading Opera or Mozilla Firefox.
I use it at school all the time when i want to play games or get on other websites for fun.

If those are blocked, they will probably cause problems if they are installed and you will get in trouble.
