First of all I assume your co worker is extremly good looking. Second I think you should go to your co workers friend and tell her how pathic her life is and to stop bugging your terrific coworker. Last but not least get off the net and do some damn work!!

Become her friend. Introduce her to some good people. than that way she can get some new friends and won't bother you. Tell her that you will do whatever it takes to get her back on her feet with some new friends to lift her up.

As long as she isn't your supervisor, call her out on her behavior and let her know it makes you uncomfortable when she talks like that.
