The lyric snippet is most probably from West Side Story, one of the greatest movie musicals ever made. I've never seen the play, though I know the score & have read the script. I would say it is ONE of the greatest musicals of all time, but how could anyone say it is THE best ever? And what kind of criteria would one use to determine such a thing?

I don't think it's the best musical ever. But I recognize the lyrics :-)
