im a freshman+just arrived in this school. everything was pretty cool, w/ my friends and everything... until this ugly fat girl decided to hate me for no reason. it might be over a boy just because i danced w/ him...
she doesn't like me or maybe she's just jealous.
her friends give me dirty looks+bump into me in the hall. what should i do?? ignore them? start a fight? try to talk? HELP! i don't want to be hated by the whole school because of them!

They're just being mean because they're jealous. Have one of your guy friends walk with you & the next time one of them bumps in to you, have him say something to them. Try to stay as positive as possible. It won't last forever!
Talk to your parents & see if you can have a party, maybe for Halloween. Let your parents know you need some help making friends at this school. Start planning it & let your friends know about it so people will start talking about your party. Give invitations out soon. I don't know why, but when you're having a party, everyone loves you & wants to be your friend! Good luck!

Sometimes girls/women hate someone because they perceive that person as a threat.
i.e.: they think she's pretty and it makes them feel less pretty.
It could be anything, mostly its a lack of maturity and an abundance of insecurity.
Try to be true to the person you want to be. You cannot make anyone like you until they decide they want to like you. Don't start a fight. If they are physically attacking you then you should definitely defend yourself.
P.S.
Its not cool to mention the "ugly fat girl", it makes you sound very shallow and mean spirited.

ok the past has been done, nothing you could do about that, you could make friends that you think would be with you no matter what. make a role modle out of yourself. make them regrate doing all those mean things to you. You shouldn't let them bully you over somehting stupid, and you shouldn't fight over it cuz it'll make it hard for you to make friends and suspintion dosn't look good on the record. There's always people you havn't met yet in the shcool. make new friends, tell them your part of the story if it comes up. Every thing will turn out good at the end. Hakunamatata. I'll tell you what, just ignore what they are doing that try to avoid them as much as you can. I had that experience. The best thing to do is ignore them it will save you trips to a phsyciatrist later. Don't get into fights or anything. Just ignore them and don't contact that guy that you danced with.

haha kinda sounds like me.. cept im a JR and these nasty bitches always start ****... I always just push them back n get back in their faces. Do what you think you should do. People say fighting wont solve anything, well honestly Im more of fighter in certain situtaions and these bitches werent worth my time of talking and now no more problems. if your a better talker then talk n see whats up. n if that dont work do somthing about it. doesnt seem like your doing too much right now so obviously the ignoring them isnt working. So try to talk it over first. And if that dont work ignore them more and if that still doesnt work... i said knock the bitches out !!

I'm a sophomore and i would go and confront her about it. If she doesn't want to then go to a teacher and tell them because they can have you and her a meeting where she can stop being so rude. Violence is never the answer to anything. If you chose to ignore her it may just continue for awhile.

I know it sucks, but that's high school for ya! Ignore them, when you get out of school none of it matters anyways. No one at your college or job cares if you're popular or not. Keep ignoring them and eventually I would think they would stop. Or kill em with kindness.

People who act like that arent worth your time to start a fight i have alot of girls that go to my school who are like that to. I just laugh casue i got there man. There just jelous hoes. dont woryy about that to much if you still have friends thats all that matters.
