There is nothing that we can do to change what is going on... just like there isn't anything that we're doing to cause it in the first place. This is a cyclical event on this planet. It has done it before, it's doing it now and it'll continue to do it again.
Some folks tend to use it in order to justify their agendas and place the blame on some other event or practice. Last time around the dinosaurs probably blamed it on something. Many humans are doing it this time. Next time it happens the cockroaches will be blaming it on something else.
