Many times dogs will eat grass to throw up, because they have an upset stomach. Also depending on the green color it could just be the stomach acid, or bile. If your dog is throwing up alot or seems sick then take it to a vet, otherwise it is somewhat normal.

It sounds like it ought to be grass like the guy above pronounced, and in line with probability the vaccines gave her a abdomen soreness and canine' organic reaction to that's to consume grass to alter their digestion so in line with probability she ate some grass, and each so often the grass could lead on them to throw up. yet non the fewer i think of you need to call your vet purely to double examine, and think of back to work out if the throw up and attempt to bear in mind if it regarded like it ought to have grass strands in it

NO. That is bile. This may mean he has swallowed a poison or other irritant, or that he has vomited until his stomach is so empty he has nothing left to void.
GET HIM TO A VET NOW!! Something is badly wrong.
