Jim has been promoted, and moved to Stamford.
Pam broke it off with her Fiancee - a few days before the wedding.
Michael outed Oscar at work. It was hysterical.
Last night's episode may have been even more funny. It is definitly the funniest show on television.

YES!
That is only my FAVORITE show.
Here's the review from the bellow Source!
The season premiere opens up with Dwight clipping his nails. After he's done he blows them off his table onto the next table. The camera shot follows the clippings as they land on the desk of.... Ryan. Apparently, there have been some changes and Jim is no longer in the Scranton branch. Ryan is no longer a temp. and is a junior sales representative.
Michael is being corrected by Toby and triees to explain that "*****" to him means lame, not gay. Toby had to correct him because Michael called Oscar *****. Toby tells Michael that Oscar is gay, and though it takes a while, Michael finally gets it. He feels bad for calling Oscar ***** and apologizes to Oscar, but he really didn't make things any better. Kevin and Angela overhear Michael and Oscar's short and uncomfortable discussion and find out that he's gay. Then it goes to Kevin snickering and Angela disgusted about the news.
Jim is now in another branch, the one where Jan works, and he has been promoted. The atmosphere is much more professional and the workers are less open to jokes and hijinks. There's this guy that calls him Big Tuna. Jim accurately guesses that the people don't even know his name. It is different but Jim says he likes the new place.
There's a flashback to the "Casino Night" when Jim and Pam kiss. After they kiss, Jim leans in to kiss Pam again, and she stops him, saying she can't do it and will still marry Roy. Jim says ok and lets her go. After she rejects him once again, he transfers to the other branch.
Michael and Dwight are in Michael's office and they are discussing on whether Dwight has a good sense of telling who's gay or not. Various people get named, like Angela or Creed, and Michael suggests "How about Oscar?" Dwight definitely says no and Michael tells him the truth. Dwight is shocked. So Michael is well on his way to letting everyone know that Oscar is gay. Word gets out and Kelly comes over to Oscar and says that he's cool to be the way he is.
Pam is at her desk and Roy, with a scruffy 5 o'clock shadow and more in shape, comes in with lunch, asks if she's having a nice day and leaves. Turns out, she called off the wedding three days before the ceremony and dumped Roy. She got cold feet. Roy changed after he got dumped and resolved to get in better shape and win her back.
Jan comes to the office and meets with Michael and Toby in Michael's office. Jan explains that even though Michael may be trying to help Oscar, he is not making things any better; that 'coming out' should be for the homosexual individual to do, at their own time and to whom they want to confide to. Jan had to come to the office because Oscar reported to Toby that the other workers were acting different and he felt more offended. After she talks to Michael, she leaves. Angela had antibacterial stuff and used it, thinking that she might catch something from Oscar. Oscar comes into Michael's office, things get worse, because people gather around Dwight's desk because he is looking at gay porn, and Oscar leaves. As Oscar tries to make his way through the people, he touches Angela to push her aside. She tries not to get touched by him and screams help when she does. At this, Michael calls everyone to an immediate meeting in the conference room, regardless of race, sex, sexual orientation.
At the meeting, Michael wants to help Oscar 'come out' and says that there's nothing wrong with being gay. As usual, Michael is not ammending things, only adding more wood to the fire. Oscar stands up, says he's gay, that he didn't want to share this information with his co-workers but he has no choice now and sits back down. Somehow, Michael upsets Oscar even more and Oscar gets up to leave and he wants to quit. Michael stops him from leaving and wants to hug him. Oscar is so fed up that he yells at Michael no and says to him that he's ignorant and small. After an awkward moment of silence from Michael, he turns to leave the room. Oscar stops him and apologizes to Michael. He lets Michael hug him. Everyone else is there, sitting and witnessing what's going on. Michael takes it to another level when he tells everyone to watch the next thing. To show that he accepts homosexual people, he will kiss Oscar. This is excruciating for everyone present, probably the most for Oscar. The kiss is so awkward and wrong, because Michael is leaning in and Oscar is waiting for the worst to happen, he cannot escape. After that weird kiss, Michael says that everyone is still here, no one died or got hurt. Afterward, Dwight has a thought that Michael did seem gay and wonders if he now has a gay friend.
Over at the other branch, Jim is still adjusting to the new place and his jokes don't go well there. There are shots of Jim and Pam staring into space with faraway looks in their eyes. It is obvious that they both got hurt; Jim is doing a better job of hiding his hurt than Pam is.
Later, Dwight gets a package from Jim that's supposedly a gaydar. He tests it out on Oscar and the light blinks gay for Oscar. When Dwight scans it over himself, the light also blinks that he is gay. This puts a smile on Pam's face. Oscar got three months of paid vacation and a company car in return for signing a paper that says that he will not sue. Then he says "You see, kids. Sometimes it pays to be gay."
