I use this site to determine the value of a lot of property in my area and have found it to be unusually accurate:
http://www.zillow.com/
Just plug in the address, and have a look at the value.
Good luck with your real estate endeavors.

i might call your community Clerk & Recorder's workplace and ask if the well-known public archives are on line for the county. i understand that ours are, and we can see what residences offered for back to the previous due 70's. Acermill won't have that capacity in his county, yet that would not recommend that it would not exist everywhere. And Rivergirl seems to have an identical capacity as I do. So your first step would be to call the county. Nest step would be to call a Realtor and notice what they understand. in the event that they have been around then, they'd be waiting to grant you some very solid information. better of success to you!

Yahoo do one, you just need to tap the postcode in. It will tell you the prices of recently sold houses in that area.

www.rightmove.co.uk. You will need to register (it's free) and then you can find out how much houses have sold for in any area by doing a postcode search.
