i mean some times peole get hit so is it funny or something to them?

Monkeys are among the more intelligent animals. I know that is hard to believe if you are throwing dung! However, they enjoy the stimulation. They love to play and anything in their environment is a good toy.
They are not like humans they don't look at their dung and go "gross". Their culture and society is very complicated, but it doesn't have all the detailed manners that we do.

because to them all humans look like toilet bowls. They are merely cleaning up so they don't litter the ground with feces.
