When a woman loses weight, the first place the weight comes off of is her breasts. So the best thing is to just lose overall body weight - cardio exercises are good for that. You can also do chest exercises to tighten up loose muscles in the breast area. It won't shrink the breasts but it will make the whole chest look tighter and more defined.

Breasts are almost entirely fat (look at olympic athletes, they are almost all quite flat-chested). So, like eveyone else said, just focus on losing weight (diet and exercise).

when she loses weight, she will lose weight in her breasts. That is the first place that it usually comes off unfortunately.
