I'm going to assume you don't think being gay is a disease. Also, I'm disgusted that people think this is more important than AIDS, cancer and diabetes. They should be finding cures for these things.

The facts say that they are born that way. It's not a disease or mental illness and the anomaly falls well within the normal bell curve for birth anomalies. Doctors have already ruined the lives of countless inter-sexed children in this country and until recently, in Canada. Should we experiment on fetuses now. The only problem with homosexuality is the bigots who try to stir up trouble for these people.

Like others on this board have stated, there is no one single CAUSE. Homosexuality is innate; you were simply born that way. If sexual orientation was a choice, then straight people could choose to be gay. Straight people don't choose to be gay because they don't have a sexual interest in the same sex. It works the same way for gay people. We don't have an interest in the opposite sex. No amount of praying, reparative therapy, or denial will change that fact. You can always REPRESS your sexual urges, but you will always be ATTRACTED to whomever you like.

You sound very sick. Who cares what the cause is, it is NOT a problem. People should be free to do what they want, as long as they are adults and no one gets hurt. I mean there were homosexuals in ancient Greece. So it is not like it is new or anything.

Don't have a clue but as soon as they find the cure for stpuidity I'll be sure you let you know. You poor thing, we all know you were born that way, I mean why would one choose to be so stupid.

Who knows and who cares... If they came up with anything the government would just cover it up... they would be scared that they have been selfish and close minded all these years.. Could you imagine,, they would have to give us equal rights...

LOL the answer is your straight parents. See the straight people think that two gay men with kids make them gay so by that thought it would be our parents. Now we all know that isn't true.

Are they relaly researching this??? That's a total waste of money. There are many many reasons, and if sum scientist or doctor thinks they are going to narrow it down to one main reason why we are gay.....LOL!! Let me see...I think my main reason would be...I'm a lesbian because I was born in 1983. Sounds good to me!
