For this question.....I have heard that is helps prevent prostate cancer....and also dosnt feel to bad.My wife is concerned about my health of course and brought this technique to my attention.Thanks for your help!

you can acheve the same result by getting a 4 hr porno, a bottle of hand lotion and work it a few hours, it will deplete your reserve system
