Depends on the kind of fair.
If it's a Renaissance Faire, they usually have "period" outfits that you can rent -- you might have fun dressing up for a bit.
If you mean a carnival or the like, just dress for comfort -- depending on where you live, it might be warm out, and you're going to be doing a lot of walking around, there might be dust and dirt in the air, you don't want to spill ketchup on your nice clothes, etc.

u should wear jeans and a cute top. skirts r not a good idea if u go on the upside down rides.

It depends on what the weather is going to be. If it is going to be on the warm side, wear some cute Capri's with a nice tank top and sneakers. If it is going to be cooler out, wear jeans, a nice form fitting Henley and some cute ankle boots.

If your skinny wear a blue jean short skirt, and cute black/or white or red spagetti top, If your healthy sized wear a pair of blue jeans with a layered look on top bright colors, If your bigger wear blue jeans and a black wrap shirt. Boots on bottom of everything super cute for fairs!

Its usually hot in Pamona, so I'd say shorts or a skirt & tank top. Maybe bring a sweater if you're gonna be there at night. It cools off a bit.
