I decided to let the wife have the money and buy 2 bottles of wine so she can share with her mother..
I am just going to the cashpoint (which is in my local pub)get a couple of bottles of wine on the way and bring them back after the pub closes.
I hope now all you people will forgive me.

Looking at your Q & A I am slightly puzzled ? do you want a pat on the back for knowing what you were going to do, know matter what or, what are you hoping for? I think it was ok to do the first part but the second...No.

Yes its nice of you to get to bottles of wine for your wife and her mother. Most men I know dont get along with their mother in law, I'm assuming that you do and that great.:)
