What you need to do is push your worries aside, screw up your courage, and take a damn test! There are places that give free ones!! Or $4 at wlamart. You would know if you miscarried. It would bleed everywhere and you would be in severe pain.

are you just coming off of the birth control pill (or patch, etc)? If so, this can cause you to have very irregular cycles for some time. If you had a test at the dr. office that came back negative, then you are not pregnant and not having a miscarriage. If you were miscarrying, there would still be HCG (pregnancy hormone) left in your system, which would continue to decrease over time, but still be significant enough early-on to show up as a positive on a pregnancy test. Hope that helps!

Check out this web-site fertilityfriend.com. You can gain knowledge about how to know when you are ovulating. You can even chart your daily basal body temperature on line for free.
If it makes you feel any better, I doubt you had a miscarriage because your hcg levels double every 2-3 days when you are pregnant. If you just started your period (miscarried) today, you would've still had the hcg hormone in your body yesterday when you got the blood test.
You may need some meds to help regulate your cycle to help you get pregnant. Talk with your OB about it.

i dont know the past history here, but if you're that late, there's a good chance that you are/were pregnant. the light bleeding could have been a miscarriage, or breakthrough bleeding. either way, you should really go see your doctor. In some cases, you can miscarry and the fetus will not exit your body, in which case you need a procedure to remove what's left inside, or you could get a serious infection. please, dear, contact your OB/GYN

ya bleed ya have a feeling of lost and I can name a bunch more if ya wanna know all. I have the book on what to expect when expecting has a long list. Tips for getting pregnant is the one thing I know you don't wanna hear because my sister is in your shoes. But the best tip is don't stress out about it. Also she writes down when she oblulates(((sorry can't spell)))) and when she has sex then she shows that to her doctor. It helped her to get pregnant the 1st time but she had a misscarriage. Also helps ya doctor help with tips. GOOD LUCK.

I have three children. My first one took me four years to conceive. My second one was a wonderful suprise. My third one was planned. I had an iud after my second and had it removed. After several months of trying and getting nowhere, I went to Walmart and bought an ovulation test. You use it just like you use a pregnancy test. It tells you if you are ovulating, if it tests positive then you have 36 hours to have intercourse. I used the test, found out I was ovulating on several days ealier than I thougt. I used the test in July and I was pregnant in August. I would highly reccomend this to anyone trying.
Good luck.
