I'd like to say America. But The Caribbean hosts alot of apple-bottoms too. But I think Brazil has most of them, with proportioned figures. There, a girl may have a fat bottom but she'll also have a small waist and round hips to go with it.
My people are orignally from Barbados and all of the women in our family have "big-booties" but beautiful figures to go with them.
Many American women (full-figured gals) who may fall in this category, regardless of heritage, are usually "fat" in other places too. It's beautiful when they dress to accentuate their curves and modestly conceal the non-flattering parts. Those who let it all hang out, however, make having a "fat bottom" a distateful thing.
The one guy referred to fat-bottomed girls as gay men. I've never heard that before.
