Two questions:
Why is this question in this section?
Why are people turning this obscure inquiry into an open forum to bash the opposing political party? They are not remotely related at all.
This situation changes nothing with you. You are still your mom's daughter. You are now your uncle's step-daughter and niece at the same time. It's happened before and it is completely legal as long as your mom wouldn't marry her brother.

Well now, first off it would have to be your dad's brother, right? If your mom married HER brother, that would be incest...
But, lets see here, in either case you would then call your uncle "dad" unless it was too wierd for you.
If you DAD is your uncle on your mom's side, then you are your mom and dad's kid AND their younger sibling as well.

You would be their child, and that's it... nothing special.
Also, you'd probably have mental problems as most inbred children with such a close bloodline tie do.
They'd be your parents first, but they're also technically your aunt and uncle

You'd be your own cousin, of course!
So, what constitutes being "merried"? Sounds pretty kinky.
