My instinct is to agree with Caro...after all, it used to be common practice to brand criminals with the letter F for Felon. However, would you want to be the one to apologize to the person who is incarcerated for a crime they genuinely didn't commit (more and more people are getting released for rapes and murders they didn't commit as a result of DNA evidence when cases are reviewed)? Still, in an instance where there is zero doubt whatsoever of the person's guilt, I'd be all for tattooing their foreheads.

Life in prison is too good for someone like that. Tie him by his ankles behind a west bound semi with full load of fuel on an interstate highway.

Am I being too harsh?

The tattoo across his forehead which says, "Katie's Revenge," is totally appropriate. All sex offenders and murderers should be marked in a similar fashion, and that includes those who are released into society.
