after 10 yrs when you take out the implants ,what happens to your brest, do they look how they did beforeyou ever put them on, or do they get softera nd saggier? serious question.

Not all breasts implants need to be replace after 10 years. They can last sometimes for 25 years or more. They only need to be replaced if they are leaking or causing problems or there is a build up of hardened scar tissue, known as capsular contracture.
Obviously if they need replacing, it may even be considered reconstructive surgery if there is a lot of scar tissue to remove and yes, the skin will probably not be as tight and stretched out somewhat. HTH : )

I,m no expert but, but I had a bust reduction, and I achieved a great uplift. My theory is that at a guess it would work the opposite for you as they would probably sag when implants were removed

I think you have to get reoperated or so. Because they might leak or cause problems after 10 years.
