Yes and no. There are several groups but not on yahoo or google. Email me and I will let you join many groups called "meet up groups" for everyone wanting to learn everything about the theatre, movies, writing, etc..............Take care, Kitty

At one time there was a very good online group, I have not been able to locate them. It was good because the group consited of beginnners and professionals.
There still may be a Yahoo!Group online, I didn't find them as professional, or interesting, as the other group.

Just go to the Yahoo Groups homepage and search "playwriting" - there are LOTS of groups.
You'll probably have to choose between playwrights and screenwriters (two different art forms).
