Life is way better when you're doing stuff, not laying around in bed. But I see what you mean. For me its my wife and family and friends, and the hope for a bright future.

Just knowing that if I don't get up, then I won't make any money.
I like to eat just a little too much to not go to work.

It's either that or I end up homeless. I never want to get up, but it helps to have committments and responsibility.
