first off, you're welcome.... Second, I always say thank you, please and excuse me. I have litteraly said excuse me after sneezing, walking down a road with no one within 3 miles of me.

Always in that it is good manners. When people ask me to pass the salt I pass the pepper as well. If you are friendly, well-mannered and treat people with respect life is much easier to live. I am pleased that you ask the question and thank you. :0)
