Halle Berry played "Catwoman" in the movie of the same title, but one thing to note is that she isn't the "classic" Catwoman of the Batman mythos, Selina Kyle; Halle Berry's character was pretty much just made up for that movie, which bore little connection to the "real" Catwoman character (it tried to work around this by saying that there have been many Catwomen over the generations). The last person to play Selina Kyle in live-action would be Michelle Pfeiffer in "Batman Returns."
If you count voice actors for animated shows, Gina Gershon would be the last person to play Catwoman/Selina Kyle, in the current Batman animated series "The Batman."
