Smiles, TRUST me you are not too old to finish school or college, ditch the man and get on with the studying.
So yes, fear of failure, fear of insecurity, that sort of thing, but on the whole I don't allow fear to rule my life. I do what I want to do. I know my man is afraid of confrontation and lets people treat him in a way that I think is totally unacceptable.

I have a painful, physical ailment that has a major impact on my life. It causes immense mental anguish and it caused crippling fear for a long time. I packed in tasty jobs, even gave up school on account of this.
There are a lot of things that i would love to do; travel especially, but cant 'cos of this. Have been to doctors but to no avail. i hate this.

I fear that if I leave my boyfriend I will never be in love with anybody again. In order to be with my bf, I had to leave friends, family, job and university in my country and travel 6000 miles. I put my life on hold to be with him, and now, after being cheated on and his constant flirting, I don't know what I'm gonna do. I love him and I can't think of my with anyone else but him. Pathetic, uh?

Of course...that's part of maturing and experiencing life. Its how you learn to deal with fear that is important, everyone has fears. Many will hide their fears behind a cocky or brash attitude, some withdraw and hide..I pray.

I'm afraid of getting my heart broken, so I re-frame from getting into long term relationships and when I start a relationship I hold some of me back. I don't put all of my heart into my relationships, just some of it.... So in the end I won't be crying, depressed, hurt, etc.
