spiritual,deep,even scary,great acting,directing and music.the only better film in my idea is the good,the bad and the ugly..i love both films!wht about u?

I love Donnie Darko! I agree it is one of the best. Try watching Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Fight Club, American Beauty, Requiem for a Dream, and Little Miss Sunshine. They're all great movies.

Best Movie ever?? No I don't think so,it's an excellent movie, a bit odd in so many ways but still intriguing,it keeps revealing a little something else every time I watch it. But I'm surely not going to throw a best movie ever at it,it isn't quite that worthy.
Want to call something a best ever try maybe Blade Runner in it's original form or something like that,Donnie Darko is one of those movies I came upon quite by accident,and glad I did but can't go so far as best movie,but it's better than alot of the crap out there that gets much more attention.

Excellent film, but not the best. Pulp fiction has to be the best, along with the rest of Tarrantino's films and of course the Japanese version of the ring. Gotta love those psychological horrors!

No, it is not between the suitable videos ever made, inspite of the incontrovertible fact that that's between the greater desirable videos ever made. that's complicated to those that can't think of, inspite of the incontrovertible fact that it does make sense, in case you study deep adequate into the story. fortuitously, I do comprehend.

it's a pretty unique and interesting film. in the top 100, but not the best for me.
