I read an article that said spinach was ok to eat, so long as it was not farmed in 3 certain counties in California. The article failed to mention which 3 counties. Anyone know which 3 counties they're still considering the spinach to be contaminated in?

I would play it safe and not eat spinach until next year. Restaurants and frozen foods especially.
