Edward Furlong is the best for sure out of that list. I really like him in all the movies he's been in.
Now that you add Daniel R. I don't know. He's a great actor. I'd say Daniel. I love him.

Billy Mummy. Hands down the best child actor. Just watch him in the episode, "It's a Good Life", of the Twilight Zone.

It's a toss up between Dakota and Leonardo.
I guess it would probably be Dakota...she really gets into her roles for being so young.
And (like so many others said) Haley Joel Osment.
Elijah was good too. I'd put him in third place.
