A owns & runs a company, she hires B to help work for her.
B himself made purchasing decisions of some Bikes for the company without the consent of A.
Is B violating any laws? Are A and B in a partnership?
If then A paid down payments for some Lamps for a new branch of business,
A & B both agreed that B could share profits of a branch of new business as part of his remuneration,
B also made purchasing decisions and ran all aspects of this new business WITH the consent of A, are they in a partnership?
Customers complained that lamps lasted for only a week. investigation discovered that it might be B's way of cleaning the lamps that resulted the problems.
The Lamps company then closes down due to losses.
Bike company closes down afterwards due to losses.
A hadn't finish paying for the Bikes and Lamps.
The Bike suppliers didn't know that B doesn't have the authority to sign a purchase with them back then.

But i don't think there's a solutions manual and I just don't understand it.
Thanks!
