I would have to say the Pac-10. Lots of quarterbacks, running backs, and recievers because they're the only conference where all the teams run a Pro-style offense. Also offensive lineman, because they already know how to pass block.
Just look at USC, that whole team from last year is in the NFL.

Hard to say, remember that Miami and VT defected from the Big East about 3 years ago. SO since most of those Miami players were from when they were with the Big East, which confrence would you credit them to?
