This is against US law and international law. Where's the outrage? Executive Order 11905 says: "no employee of the United States Government shall engage in, or conspire to engage in, political assassination." Could Clinton be prosecuted for conspiracy?

I doubt it. He wasn't prosecuted for any of his many other crimes. He buys off --scares off people who will testify against him, and mysteriously those who can't be bought--usually commit suicide (Although sometimes they have to shoot themselves a SECOND time in the head before they're suicide is successful.)
