Great you asked. We reported one yesterday. Yes it is a crime. I think we need not to let our selfs get trapped with such stupid individuals. It's rather save than to be sorry.

Pffft, don't worry about it, I think they only make those threats online because if they did it in real life, they get beat up. If the person is close to where you live, be careful on how you treat them since they would be accessible to you and could actually do you harm. However, most of the threats online are just false statements that will never be carried out..... NOW GIVE ME YOUR LUNCH MONEY OR ELSE!!!!!

It is the height if bad manners they obviously wish to be treated the same way they behave on the Internet. They think that they can get away with doing it without any repercussions. This must be the way they behave when they are off line also not really worth knowing or worrying about.

All bullys, whether cyber or in the flesh, are wrong. They pick on others because they are insecure about themselves. I personally think that online harassment is such as criminal as in person. Yes, bullys should be held accountable for their actions online. Enforcing that though would be the hard part.

I think that they are the weakest of all the bullies both as people and their effect on other people who are bullied. They cannot be seen and do not face any repercussions for their behavior. And people who are bullied by them know they are only being bullied by a weak individual.

First off, you need to define and/or give us an example of 'harass' and 'threats' as they apply to online posting. Secondly, it's actually NOT a crime to do these things online anymore than it is to do them offline, so it really doesn't matter whether or not we THINK it's a crime.

Usually i make nothing of it but I treat them just like any bully. Small minds looking to make themselves feel better about themselves by degrading others. It's rather a sad way to live really.

Threats are a very serious thing. You never know who you are dealing with on the internet, so you should never give out personal information (duh) and if you already have and someone begins threatening you, you should take it seriously. They could just be messing with you, but they could also be crazy.
