My co-workers are throwing me a going away party at the office, and the noise is getting to be too much for me to handle. Seeking solace, I wander off to my cubicle to finish up some final paper-work that needs to get done (Yep, I’m devoted to my job). I relish in the silence of my cubicle. Sinking into my office chair, I think “what a day for a day-dream”. I close my eyes and envision the hunk with the dark hair and blue eyes, who works in the cubicle next to mine … walking by. He stops dead in his tracks when he sees me. He walks into my cubicle, looks me directly in the eyes and says "If you kiss me, I'll help you finish up here". OMG... I think, this is too good to be true!! "You have yourself a deal" I reply. He leans in … kissing me long and hard but, REALLY slobbery. His drool is dripping off my chin. I give my face a quick wipe, and then start to giggle. I couldn’t help it; the first words out of my mouth were “You remind me of my horse!” He looks at me in astonishment and replies “Yeah? Well, you kiss like the creature from the black lagoon!” Tears instantly begin to fall softly down my cheeks … he gently reaches over to wipe away the tears with his fingertips. “Don’t cry hun, I didn’t mean that, honest, I didn’t” he whispers. “It’s my party and I’ll cry if I want to” I manage to reply … between sobs. He then takes a hold of my shoulders and stands me up … he moves in closer and … I’m suddenly startled by a sharp “HEY, what are you doing?! OMG… It’s HIM !! He’s standing there, just outside my cubicle!! My face reddens to a deep scarlet … if only he knew what I had been daydreaming … thank gawd people can’t read minds!!

Stressful day at work. Everybody kept coming up to me with their problems, but I can't just say no. I am devoted to my job. Now I have to endure my damn birthday party because my lover made all the arrangements and I can't disappoint her. Opened the door, the TV was on. Old black and white movie playing. The Creature from the Black Lagoon. She gets up to greet me. If you kiss me, I think to myself, will it make things better? You remind me of my horse when you pucker like that. She always had a strange face, something different about her. That's what attracted me in the first place. Don't know why. I do love her in all her strangeness. I remember all the times we had as I explore her mouth with my tongue. What a day for a daydream! The guests finally show up. They drink and talk and laugh. Don't know what's up with me these days. Can't seem to get into it. I feel pain deep down in my chest. I'm doing good at work, my love life is good, what's wrong with me? What the heck, it's my party and I'll cry if I want to.

What a day for a day dream, I am devoted to my job but if you kiss me, you remind me of my horse even though you still look like the creature from the black lagoon.
After all it's my party and I'll cry if I want to!

Today is my birthday! It's my party and I'll cry if I want to because you remind me of my horse and crossed with the creature from the black lagoon. And what if you kiss me, who cares, I am devoted to my job, as a marine biologist...what a day for a daydream.

I am soo devoted to my job, but as I was looking in the mirror at the man who's hair I was cutting, I thought, "You remind me of a horse", but I'm glad his haircut changed that. Even though I DO have a horse, and they are my favorite animals, I thought about mine, thinking," If you kiss me, I have an apple for you!"
What a day for a daydream!!
Anyway, THEN I started daydreaming about the creature from the black lagoon. Omigosh, about then, my shears slipped and I cut that poor man's ear! "I'm sorry! I'm sooo sorry!," I cried.
Back to the haircut, I daydreamed about Brenda Lee singing, "It's my party and I'll cry if I have to , cry if I have to, cry if I have to,... You would cry too if it happened to yooooooooooouu!!"

It was a beautiful Friday afternoon. "What a day for a day dream," I thought. But then my co-worker came into my office. He reminded me of my horse. I told him so. He was very upset stating, "I am devoted to my job! If you kiss me on my *** I will not sue you!" I tried to hire the creature from the black lagoon, but he was crying about his party. It was no use. I had to fire them all.

i work all day at the farm, i am really devoted to my job. One day i went up to my boss and told him "you remind me of my horse" and he said you remind me of the creature from the black lagoon, and if you kiss me, i'll throw up!! later that day, i reminiced on that moment... and thought to myself "what a day for a daydream" as i slowly drifted off into my own dream world. I awoke to the song "it's my party and i'll cry if i want to" on my record player.
