Go to the icons & click on the + sign. That let's you add a comment. The pencil symbol might also get you what you want.

Don't let them bother you. Honestly, there are alot of people that are just going for the 2 points they get for answering a question. Just let it go - they aren't woth the time it takes to write something baack to them! Anyway, it's Friday...enjoy your weekend!
