well i am a new enterpreneur and so cannot put in money in adverstising and tv commercials............these dont come in my budget

Target advertising. Find Australian forum, websites and send emails to Australian addresses.

I would contact manufacturer representatives in Australia. A manufacturers representative is an independent salesmen who sells on a commission basis. They may represent a number of manufacturers in a single industry or they may represent different industries.
There should be listings and directories available to find these representatives. Interview them like you would interview a prospective sales manager. I would have them evaluate the available markets in Aus. and where they think the sales could be.....
